So, it's taken me a little longer than I'd like to write another post... things just got busy this week! At school this week (I work at a high school), I was talking to the students about setting goals and many are trying to "not procrastinate" this quarter. Procrastination is definitely one of my weaknesses! We had two family parties to attend this weekend and I made the cards just a few hours before each event! Here are the finished products - a 50th Birthday card for my aunt and a wedding celebration card for my husband's cousin:
I'm hoping to start building up a collection of cards so I'm not rushing to create cards the day I need them!
In an earlier post, I mentioned my newly re-organized craft area. I work on scrapbooking and other craft projects in our attic and I've finally gotten around to rearranging my space and adding some fun personal touches. Here's what I've done:

Shelves with fabric bins |

I made these cute tags to label the fabric bins on my shelves. |
|
Pinterest inspiration - sticking scrapbook paper inside plastic drawers to dress them up! |

My sticker drawers - with labels |
I still have a little more organizing to do, (I hid those piles from the photos!) but I'm pleased with the space. I think having a pretty, neat space makes it more conducive to being creative (plus I can find things a lot more easily!). I'm hoping to have a little more time this week to work on projects... we'll see!
